How to get the best price for your mobile phone?

If you wish to find the best price for something, are you one of those who will look for the nearest and most convenient shop or will you check out several other places in order to get the best deal? Do you also spend some time on the internet for more information and to check out prices and reviews before you head out?

Well for me, I do conduct research prior to purchasing anything. I not only find out about various manufacturers, the model ratings, the prices etc, but also see which one of them is offering the best deal. The collection of entire information happens before I go out to the shops.

Unfortunately, this process of gathering relevant information consumes a lot of time and time is a constraint with most of us. That is exactly where sites like sellyourmobile.info come handy. While one cannot rule out the need to find information on which mobile phone to buy next, one certainly can take all the help offered by sellyourmobile.info in selling the old one.

Using sellyourmobile.info, one does not need to go around hunting for the best price for recycling the old phone. It is your answer to the question “how to get the best price for my cell phone”. These people conduct all the research by checking prices on a daily basis and helping you connect to your preferred recycler to finish the transaction.

So what are you waiting for? Just log on to sellyourmobile.info!

Who Will Give Me Money For My Old Phone?

People in Britain are lucky that they have a wide variety of mobile recyclers who will give them money or vouchers for their old used mobiles. But, just like all other businesses, these recycling firms also follow different ways to do things, or follow different parameters to set prices. Hence, the best quotes for an iPhone, Sony Ericsson, Nokia or Samsung might be offered by different companies. Therefore, it is but obvious that you will have to do quite some research to be absolutely sure that the offer you pick is definitely the best. Of course, you don’t have to do this if you take help from sellmymobile.com.

Sell Your Mobile is one of the best recycling cost comparison sites in United Kingdom. We take pride in comparing the highest number of cell phone buyers. You can save a lot of time and effort as well as strike the best deals if you decide to find buyer here, rather than doing it on your own.

Thus, the next time you question yourself – “who will give me money for my old cell phone” (and you surely are thinking on the same lines), do remember to pay us a visit at selmymobile.com. We are a flourishing company that has often been mimicked, but no one has been able to surpass the level of our excellence.

The Fonehub Review

Hello reader or seller. As you may know we like to bring you information on all of the current UK based mobile phone recycling sites/companies/services that you can use to sell your mobile phone for cash . We review these websites and cross compare them against each other so you can get the most money for your old mobile phone.

We have wrote reviews on mobile phone recycling sites here before nearly covering every website. But there are now more mobile phone recyclers you can use to sell your mobile to and Fonehub is one such site that are fairly new to the game.

Fonehub promise to give you cash for your mobile in 3 simple steps.

  1. Fill in the registration form.
  2. Post your mobile phone into Fonehub.
  3. Get money within 48 hours.

Currently Fonehub are only paying by Cheque which is sent to your address but will soon be able to pay people by Paypal and e-Vouchers for your favourite high street stores like Debenhams, Argos etc.

However Fonehub are offering to pay extra cash for mobile phones if you have the original hands free kit or bluetooth headset or travel charger which you’re no longer using, send it to Fonehub and they will pay you extra cash for it.

Fonehub will buy any mobile phone as long as it’s working. And also recycle any mobile phone even if it’s not working to help the environment. Basically all you need do is select your model. Review your order. Fill in your details. Then just confirm your order and await payment after sending in your old mobile to Fonehub.

Very High Prices Paid!

I just checked using the price comparison tool in our sidebar and on the Fonehub site and compared prices for a Apple iPhone 3G 16GB model. Here is the outcome for that.

Apple iPhone 3GS 16GB Price Comparison
Fonehub – £250.00
Money 4 Ur Mobile – £202.50
mopay.co.uk – £185.00
Mobile Phone Xchange – £184.00

The Dirty Truth About Mobile Phone Recycling

Ahh the mobile phone. An item that has become more of a necessity than a luxury item for many. But still adorned as so. And people will spend a lot of money to have the latest and greatest mobile phone with the most sophisticated features. But at what cost?

The mobile phone market continues to grow as we populate the world at an also steadily increasing rate, mobile phones become more and more mainstream. It’s said that around 80% of the worlds population owns a mobile phone. That means more and more old mobiles going discarded and ending up in landfill sites where they are destroying the environment at an alarming rate while everyone is oblivious while playing with their latest mobile.

Sell Your Mobile Phone For Cash

It’s reported that of the 90 million mobiles in circulation in the UK, only around 10% of them are actually being recycled. 10%! That’s quite shocking when you think of how long mobile phone recycling has been happening now. When you consider the damage they can cause to the planet. You’d think more would be recycled because of the awareness that has been raised on the matter. But there is a long way to go still.

True, figures do show a rise in mobile phone recycling. In people actually recycling old mobile phones now. It’s thought because of the awareness raised either on TV or online etc. And a genuine willingness to recycle for the environment. That and the current economic state that people will turn to ways to raise some quick money. Selling mobile phones for cash being a perfect way that one can go about doing so.

Yet there is much more to mobile phone recycling than meets the eye. Like any industry there are always good and bad. “Mis-haps” happen and unexplained goings on. I recently came across an interesting comment left on someones mobile recycling review blog that goes on to say..

“I really wouldn’t advise using some mobile phone recycling companies. I recently decided to leave my job working for one of these companies for moral reasons. Many of the quotes given are never paid out. Customers are often told that their phones are broken when they are in full working order and are worth more than is ever paid out. Some of these companies even rip charities off, saying that the funds go to a charity, when usually the charity gets the pence and the recycling company gets the £100′s of pounds. Many of these companies employees are also given the chance to earn high commission, so the more the general public/ charities are ripped off, the more likely the employee is to hit their target and get a massive bonus. I would recommend not using some of these companies, even though they work well in environmental terms, they would rather pocket your cash for themselves.”

Whether or not this is a true account by an ex employee of one of these sites I don’t know. I can see it happening though. And like I said, while this may be going on unseen on the other side of things. They do work well in environmental terms and the long run will be a better, greener future for all of us. Despite these things going on it’s bad advice to suggest never to use a mobile phone recycler. If no one did we’d have even bigger problems!

But don’t let it put you off recycling your mobile! Many millions of people have done so successfully and sold old mobile phones for cash. You can rest assured that the top mobile phone recycling sites want to keep you happy. They know in the next 12 to 18 months you’ll be back! Wanting to sell your mobile phone for cash again.
