There are couple of factors you should be aware of when preparing your phone to sell to ensure that the buyer will accept it when you send it in.
* Does the phone work? Ideally the phone still needs to be able to hold a charge, the screen should be clear with no chips or scratches, do all the keys work fine – are any broken or missing?
