To win all you have to do is recycle your mobile phone with Envirofone and click the option to “carbon offset” the CO2 of your mobile. If you win you’ll be flown from Manchester to Mombasa for 2 people and collected and transferred to your 5 Star Hotel for 5 nights with breakfasts to “The Sands” which is a carbon zero boutique hotel on the shores of the Indian Ocean. Where you’ll be able to relax around the pool or on the beach and feast on the international cuisine in the restaurant and be accompanied on a half day trip to view the first hand results of African offset projects in rural Kenya.
CO2 Balance
The CO2 carbon offset project funds projects all over the world that absorb or prevent the release of CO2 emissions and carbon dioxide such as by providing local families with energy efficient stoves to cook with.
To enter the Envirofone competition, all you have to do is offset the carbon footprint of your recycled mobile phone when you sell it to Envirofone by the 25th January 2010. You can offset the carbon while at the check out stage of the sales process when you register to sell and recycle your mobile.
